Proposals ranking scheme

Ranking proposals isn't the easy thing. In order to have a good presentational value for each proposal, I will reference to the following scheme with the characteristics I personally find valuable for project considerations.

SCALE: from 0-'really bad' to 5-'just outstanding!'

CATEGORIES:

1. Completion feasibility (scope scale and time line)
2. Profits' perspective (Usability of the code: Will the code have high potential usage or is it just another 'shelf decoration')
3. Personal interest and excitement about proposed project
4. Clarity

Due to conflict of interests, I will defer from evaluating my own proposal. For the same reasons, I highly hope most of the students find that it is the right thing to do.
